The last photo in my series “2012: Quarter 4” is a scene taken at the annual latino festival, Fiesta DC.
The festival took place along Pennsylvania Avenue, where the road was closed to traffic to allow all the pedestrians to roam around. As the day was ending, the light began to hide behind the buildings. But before I lost all the good light, I found a vendor selling these bubble dispensing toys. The vender was popular with the kids, as evidenced here.

Note: Since this is the last photo in my series 2012: Quarter 4, it’ll be the last new photo I share anywhere online until the next quarter. My next sharing date is May 1, 2013. At that point, I’ll debut my next series of photos. As you might guess, I’ll be titling that series, 2013: Quarter 1.
