This man and his wife caught my eye whilst walking around Old Town Alexandria. I found them both to be very cute together. Their clothing matched and they walked closely and affectionately with each other. They reminded me of how I want to grow old with my wife.
I unintentionally stalked the couple for about two blocks trying to get a candid shot of them without them noticing me. I finally was able to get this shot of the man by getting ahead of them and waiting at the intersection for the two to approach. I shot this without composing with the viewfinder, thus I missed getting his wife in the frame as well.
Despite this, I still enjoy the leading lines of the crosswalk leading to the man in the white scally cap.
